Intro:

RS-901AW is an high accuracy LED forming machine, it can work for 3mm ,5mm, flat LED(Note: For different LED, machine need to change gripper). Machine can detect LED polarity and rotate LED. The tester is programmable, so operator can set voltage, currency, etc, which can make sure accurate polarity test. It can feed components automatically with special feeder bowl for forming, the customized jig can clamp components to forming tool. Its fast speed is also amamzing , which can reach 8000-12000pcs/hour.
